Ryan Fabian
Ten year Air Force Intelligence veteran, technology specialist, and seasoned software developer offering over 15 years of experience providing technical direction and leadership. Ryan has a diverse background ranging from military leadership and specialized cryptography training, foreign language arts in Korean, and a Masters of Sciences in Computer Information Systems.
Chris Sisson
With over ten years of finance experience, Chris Sisson has held senior-level positions at investment banks and private equity firms. To date, Chris has been involved in over $7.0 billion in transactions, including commercial real estate, corporate divestitures, and middle market companies. Chris has also been responsible for all facets of acquisitions, dispositions, and financial reporting. Lastly, Chris has been involved in two successful initial public offerings. He holds a BS in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA in Finance from Stetson University, and a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University.
Nick Kahrilas
Originally from Massachusetts, Nick moved to California to wrestle collegiately at UCLA. He is now a successful serial entrepreneur in Los Angeles, with a diverse portfolio of companies in finance, real estate, contracting, manufacturing, and insurance. Nick has raised over $100 million in capital and brokered $2 billion in life insurance policies. He holds a BA from UCLA and is completing his Executive MBA from Harvard University. Nick has served as President of the Beverly Hills Chapter of YPO and has been a guest speaker at UCLA’s Department of Economics and Anderson School of Management.
Aaron Wolko
Over a decade of navigating Venture Capital transactions, Aaron Wolko launched his career as a tech analyst with Credit Suisse. Exiting his first venture, a tech startup, to a public company, Aaron has closed north of $50mm in equity and debt transactions across several asset classes and contributed towards billions in market cap growth at multiple public companies. An optimistic investor with a unique ability to predict macro opportunities ahead of time, a handful of his venture positions have realized 100X return. Aaron has traveled to over 40 countries, met with world leaders, and has consulted for Federal Congressmen and former State Department Officials. He also serves as an advisor to various public and private companies.
Jayant Mathur
With a varied background, Jay brings a unique blend of skillsets, from his clinical approach to startup methodology, to out-of-the-box thought process. Having consulted with various startups from small, sub-$10K to over $2MM+, Jay brings a repertoire of expertise, when it comes to the art of the start. Currently, he is building an e-commerce brand. Jay speaks four languages, and holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Southern California and an MBA from California Lutheran University. His hobbies include mountain biking and real-time strategy games.
Cheyan Wittmann
Cheyan Wittmann joined the Terraform Capital team in August 2019. She is responsible for overseeing and managing our business operations and key relationships. Her attention to detail and desire to establish synergies between people and systems, is a key asset to the team. Before joining Terraform Capital, she worked internationally for a world leader in cosmetics. Cheyan holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of California Lutheran. She enjoys traveling, skiing, physical fitness, and is a self-proclaimed adventure seeker.
